Eligibility

• This raffle is open to legal residents aged 18 and older. Employees of Bertram Yachts, their immediate family members, and individuals involved in the creation or administration of this raffle are not eligible to participate.
• Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple submissions by the same participant will result in disqualification.
  
  

Entry Period

• The raffle begins on January 20, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 2, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

• To participate, entrants must submit their answers to the trivia question via the designated submission form on our landing page. Correct answers will be entered into the raffle for a chance to win.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Winner Selection

• One winner will be randomly selected from all correct submissions received during the Entry Period.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry no later than February 10, 2025. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize

• The prize is one (1) Helly Hansen Bertram Jacket. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Bertram Yachts reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
  
  

Publicity

• By entering the raffle, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

• Bertram Yachts is not responsible for:
  • Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
  • Technical errors, including interruptions or malfunctions of any website, app, or platform related to the raffle.
  • Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

Privacy

• Any personal information collected in connection with this raffle will be used in accordance with Bertram Yachts’ Privacy Policy. Participants may unsubscribe from communications at any time.
  
  

Disqualification

• Bertram Yachts reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have violated these Terms and Conditions or to have engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

 

General Conditions

• This raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
• Bertram Yachts reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle at any time without prior notice, in its sole discretion.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.\
